How the program works.
Habitat for Humanity Coastal Fairfield County (Habitat CFC) partners with families to build decent, stable, and affordable homes. With the support of our community, donors, and volunteers, these homes are built and sold at no profit to low- and moderate-income individuals with affordable loans.
To start your journey to become a Habitat homeowner: attend an informational session, complete an application, and meet our eligibility requirements.
