Today is GIVING DAY (don’t forget to donate to Habitat CFC), but Sunday can be a HELPING DAY. One of our Youth United families, Titi Nguyen, had a pipe burst and then a flooded basement. The water has been pumped out, but they now need help cleaning out the basement, moving a mattress, sofa and a desk, etc. Youth United needs people to lend a hand and together we should be able to finish this project, so they can get on with necessary repairs! Because some of the items are big, we recommend this for high school students and up.
The time is 10am to 12pm on Sunday, March 13, 2016. It will count as a YU Habitat “work day” if you are looking for hours.

You’ll need to wear old clothes and rain/snow boots, as the carpet is still wet. Let’s show them that Youth United can lend a helping hand to all our members!
