There’s No Place Like Home! Join us on the road to Habitat homeownership…

Our journey begins with Yvelice and Dario Santos and their two children. The family has been living in a rental apartment with substandard living conditions. The Santos family hears through the community about Habitat CFC’s Homeownership Program; they attend an information session and apply for the program. The family is accepted into the program and they begin working on their 400 partner equity hours helping build Habitat homes.

It’s a long road to homeownership! Habitat is working on finding funding for the Santos home while the construction team and volunteers are starting to build it. The Bauer Foundation has offered a dollar-for-dollar match for donations up to $100,000 towards the home.

This is where YOU come in. To make the dream of homeownership a reality for the Santos family we need your help to reach our $200,000 goal!

Your gift of any amount will help. Your gift must be made by January 15, 2025 for it to be matched dollar-for-dollar.

Thank you!
